Mixed Feelings

With only 2 1/2 days of school left this year I'm having very mixed feelings. These aren't new feelings...I have them every year about this time. Thinking about how hard we have all worked this year and how much my sweet second graders have grown, both academically and personally, gives me such joy. On the other hand, having to say goodbye for the summer is bittersweet. We're all ready for a break, but knowing a big change is coming can be hard on my littles, and on me, if I'm being completely honest. It's been a great year, though, and I'm super excited for what's to come. 🥰
